Material Transport Fans – Centrifugal Fans designed for your project

Material transport fans are used – as the name insinuates – to ensure handling or conveying of solid and bulk materials through a system. They are especially used within the woodworking and paper industries, but also for a wide range of other applications.

The materials could be e.g. paper waste, wood shavings and dust from a wide range of productions.

The shaping of the blades is essential when it comes to fans for material transport. If necessary, they can be designed with cutting function to cut larger pieces of material into smaller pieces.

Material Transport Fans for Extraction of Dust-filled Air

BarkerBille (Moldow) has supplied four centrifugal fans for this complete dust extraction system at high quality wooden floors manufacturer in Denmark.

The capacity of the system is 80,000 m3/h. Three of the fans are extraction fans and one is for the emptying system placed after the dust collector. All fans are designed according to the ATEX requiments.

En collaboration avec Moldow A/S et Dan-Web Machinery A/S, BarkerBille a fourni un grand nombre de ventilateurs centrifuges pour certains des plus grands fabricants mondiaux dans l’industrie de l’airlaid – un secteur responsable de la production, par exemple, de serviettes, de produits d’hygiène féminine, de lingettes et de papier toilette.
